Nam Ngum 5 Power Company is developing the Nam Ngum 5 Hydropower Project in Luang Prabang and Xieng Khouang Provinces. The Company is looking for qualifieid environmental and social staff to join their Environmental and Social Management Office.

Preference shall be given to candidates who possess the following attributes,
however new graduates are also encouraged to apply:

• A post-secondary degree in an environmental or socio-economic related discipline.
• Previous work experience in the environment, social, resettlement, livelihood development (e.g. agriculture, fisheries, livestock) sector;
• Experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Verbal and written English or Chinese skills would be an advantage.

Remuneration will be negotiable depending on the experience and
