Payment & Cash Operations Officer
This role is responsible for the delivery support for payment and cash operations functions:
Main Duties
• Domestic payments/clearing
• International Payments
• Payroll uploads
• Accounts reconciliation
• Respond to customer enquiries
Skills/Experience
• Attention to detail
• Reconciliation skills
• Organizing and problem solving skills
• Understanding of exchange and interest rates
• Highly motivated and good team player
• Computer literacy
Markets, Trade & Supply Chain Operations Officer
This role is responsible for assisting the Manager – Markets, Trade & Supply Chain Operations to deliver support in the area:
Main Duties
• Import/export letters of credit.
• Import/export collections.
• Perform reconciliation functions.
• Assist in preparing daily exchange rates.
Skills/Experience
• Customer service experience
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Reconciliation skills
• Highly motivated and good team player
• Computer literacy
Human Resources Officer
The successful candidate will support HR manager and team to deliver good services across ANZ for recruitment, performance management, training and human resource policies enhancement.
Main Duties
• Carry out recruitment activities
• Plan and organize training activities for staff
• Involves in identifying and developing staff career development plan
• Assist in performance management
• Support the team in provision of effective HR administrative
Skills/Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related areas
• Excellent written and oral communication both English and Lao
• Good at planning, problem solving and organising skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environment
• Recruitment and training experiences would be advantage
• Computer literacy
Relationship Manager (Loans Officer)
To meet with bank customers who want to borrow money and manage existing loan customers to ensure repayments are met on time.
Main Duties
• Meet with customers to discuss loan proposals and their banking requirements
• Follow up on customer requests
• Write credit applications for approval by the bank
• Managing a team of Assistant Loan Officers
Skills/Experience
• Experience in writing credit applications
• Lending skills
• Financial analysis skills
• Sales skills
• Tertiary qualifications
• Computer literacy
