LBC is the leading brewerage company in Laos which manage and work in accordance with international standard. We currently wish to hire a new dynamic and hard working person to join the Lao brewing Company. We are currently exporting Beerlao to 18 countries with a steady growth rate.

Position: Export Executive
Location: Vientiane

Main responsibilities:

• Develop export of Beerlao to foreign markets. Deliver targeted sales volume under your responsibility,
• Negotiate contracts with potential customers to set up agreement with foreign export partners,
• Make sales plan to dealers,
• Manage and monitor foreign export partners to make sure that their services and performance are met the company’s requirements,
• Coordinate with government organizations, custom and borders to ensure efficient operation are met conditions and foreign standard,
• Arrange shipment details: export licenses, custom declarations, packing, shipping and routing of products,
• Make monthly sales and market situation report,
• Gathering of and immediate reporting back to company on all export partners’ performance and competitor activities,
• Prepare and agree production planning with production team and sales department,
• Reporting to the national sales manager.

Qualifications and competencies
• At least a Bachelors Degree in International trading, Business and Administration, Sales & Marketing or any related field,
• Full of energy and a positive attitude to hard work,
• Minimum 2 years in export or relevant sales and marketing experience in the field of Consumer Products,
• Ability to cooperate across boarders and have across cultural understanding. It’s natural for you to show empathy, flexibility and diplomacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly-strong presentation & influencing skills
• Collaborative team player with ability to maintain close working relationship with local production,
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision,
• Fluent written & spoken English, knowledge of more languages is an advantage,
• Age: 20-30 years old
