SNV Netherlands Development Organisation in Lao PDR wishes to engage one National and one International Senior Marketing Expert/consultancy firm to conduct the Market Survey on capacity development services in Lao PDR.

The main objective of the assignment is to map the current market for supply and demand of (sub-national) capacity development services in Lao PDR (including the different actors and financing streams) and describe the trends in this market in the coming years and beyond.
