The Asia Foundation is a non-governmental organization that has been operating in Asia for over 50 years, committed to the development of a peaceful, prosperous, just, and open Asia-Pacific region. The Foundation is seeking professional, qualified Lao nationals for two positions based in its Vientiane office.

Responsibilities: To work closely with the Finance Manger to oversee day-to-day accounting and grant finance management including verifying invoices and bills; preparing payment vouchers; recording transactions; assisting report preparation; and maintaining finance files.

Qualifications:
- B.A. in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting/finance
- Experience working with an INGO, embassy, or business a plus
- Proficient in English
- Good interpersonal skills and team work; ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Quick Books accounting software is preferable
