1. Software & Application Presales Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• Support pre-sales activities by responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP.
• To work closely with sales team to plan and design a competitive network solution
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Marketing of Huawei IN/VAS/Billing/IPTV/Contact Center/SDP and other related product range, including network concepts and solutions
• Support all product promotion related activities

Main Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing IN/VAS or other related products
• In-depth technical background in telecommunications networking
• Hands-on experience and knowledge on some of the following technology: switching, Mobile network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA), and Messaging Systems (SMS, MMS, Voice Mail and WAP).
• Good planning and business presentation skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
• Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
• **Able to travel overseas within South-East Asia region for business trip is an advantage

2.Solution Engineer , RAN- GSM/ UMTS/ LTE
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop competitive radio access network (RAN) solution for contract winning.
• Perform market and competitor analysis, and identify market opportunity.
• Participate in tendering process for radio access network projects; will involve in radio network designing, equipment dimensioning, quotation preparing, technical proposal write up, SOC, contract negotiation & documentation etc.
• Deliver product & technical presentations on Huawei RAN products.
• Participate in telecom exhibitions, workshops and product demonstrations etc

Main Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the radio access network environment.
• Strong knowledge in GSM/UMTS/LTE systems and infrastructures.
• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.
• Flexible and able to travel overseas extensively.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command in English and writing skills.

3.Solution Engineer , Network Design
Main Responsibilities:
• Act as a technical consultant of optical network (PDH/SDH/DWDM/Microwave), access network (MSAN/FTTx/DSLAM) and data communication (Switch/Router) products for sales teams across SEA region.
• Support sales teams to develop competitive strategy/solution including strategic business model, feasible action plan and execution to achieve sales target.
• Perform market and competitor analysis, and develop competitive solution and strategy roadmap to effectively market Huawei optical network, access network and data communication products.
• Participate in project bidding for optical network, access network and data communication projects across SEA region.
• Involve in network designing, equipment dimensioning, quotation, technical proposal write up, SOC, contract negotiation & documentation etc.
• Act as a bid manager to set timeline and to liaise with project team members in order to ensure achievement of relevant milestones and delivery of bid documents on time.
• Develop and provide suitable training courses to improve network design skills for sales teams.

Main Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in the Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field of studies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in optical network, access network, and/or data communication environments.
• Good understanding of telecommunications with particular skills in the areas of optical networks, access networks and data communications.
• Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: PDH, SDH, DWDM, microwave, MSAN, FTTx, DSLAM, switches and routers.
• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.
• Strong presentation skills to ensure customers’ full awareness of Huawei products, solutions and capabilities.
• Previous technical sales and marketing experience would be an advantage.
• Good command in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Extensive traveling within SEA region is required.
• Fresh graduates with good result will be considered

4. Spare Parts Specialist
Main Responsibilities
• Deal with daily management business of Customer Support Service Dept of Thailand Service Delivery about service parts logistics platform, LSP management, warehousing & accounting management which the manager arranged.
• To assist the manager to check the operation criterion.
• To support business platform construction
• Support general admin and secretarial tasks as assigned.

Main Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistic or related field.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Service mind, high responsibility, good interpersonal skill.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment.
• Microsoft office is a must.
• Can work in multicultural environment, under pressure with less supervision.
• Service mind, high responsibilities, good international skill and enthusiastic.
• Strong planning, follow up and organization skill.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment.

5. Wireless Network Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/3G/WIMAX network equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
• Perform software commissioning of wireless Network elements and integration with related network elements.
• Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.
• Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.
• On site Maintenance support for critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
• Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.
• Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on GSM/3G/WIMAX.

Main Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in BSS/RAN.
• Prior knowledge or working experience in at least one or a combination of the following telecommunication technologies such as GSM, GPRS, WIMAX, UMTS, BTS, and BSC.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

6. Datacom Engineer
Main Responsibilities: – Involved in preparation of datacom related technical proposal
• Involved in the technical design of datacom
• Responsible for technical support, project implementation, testing and commissioning, site survey, maintenance, and trouble shooting
• Properly judge the complexity of the Fault, call for multiple expertise support and/or escalate to Vendor Engineer effectively
• Cooperate in multiple expertise Fault handling
• Coordinate with Vendor Engineer on troubleshooting; and jointly confirm the restoration of the Fault
• Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster
• Investigate and summarize for complicated technical problems and/or Disaster

Main requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field of study – Minimum 2 years experience in Data Network technical support – Strong knowledge with the rules and regulations for network safety – Strong working knowledge in network design, planning and implementation. – Familiar with main stream products and facilities in the market and have in depth exposures in network maintenance and support.

Those with CCNA or CCNP certificate will have an added advantage. – Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment – Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
