Burnet Institute in Lao PDR, an Australian NGO, is seeking to employ an experienced Lao citizen to fill in the Outreach Worker position, male peer education project base in Sayabouly Province.

Major responsibilities:
1. Facilitation of peer educator recruitment and support for peer educator training
2. Regular communication with team of peer educators, including the facilitation of peer educators group meetings
3. Preparation and distribution of BCC materials required by peer education team
4. Regular monitoring of peer education activities and collection of peer educator data against project indicators
5. Facilitation of and support for all peer education outreach
6. Regular liaison with and reporting to Project Coordinator
7. Liaise with the Provincial Committee for the Control of AIDS (PCCA)

Selection Criteria/Qualifications:
1. Experienced in HIV and peer education in an NGO, government or private sector agency.
2. Good interpersonal communication and team building skills
3. Have Computer Skills(Words , Excels & Power Points)
