Eco Place company has been established since December year 2009, a company that develop and trade locally grown organic food & beverage products. Eco-place’s also unwavering commitment to uphold NGO principles in all our values, activities and transactions. Now we have an opening for SALES MANAGER & SALES EXECUTIVE. The Position will be based in Vientiane with frequent travel to remote areas.

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Able to direct a sale team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.

• 5-7 years of experience in sales management
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier & Dealer Relationship
Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a regional team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
