Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager/Asst Area Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor
• At least 3-8 years of experience in Sales Management experience. Preferably background in Consumer goods industries
• Willing to travel extensively or be based in other provinces on a long term basis
• Good leadership skills with strong coaching and people management ability

Other Requirements:
- Lao Nationality, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- Possesses good communication skills and good in English (spoken and written)
- Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills
- Disciplined and self driven, the candidate must be results oriented
- Is a team player and able to work under pressure
- Possesses good leadership skills and is able to lead a team of dedicated professionals


Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits. Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide internal control assurance by conducting review of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to manage critical business and operational risks
• Assist in the establishment of Compliance and Internal Controls Framework, continuously promoting good corporate governance best principles and practices culture, and value-added business systems and processes to the company.
• Assist in effective management of internal audit deliverables
• Identify areas of weakness, assess their significance in relation to their possible impact on the company’s position and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintains records and prepares report on the administration of audit projects and assigned activities.

Requirements:
• Lao nationality
• Degree or professional qualification or equivalent preferably in accounting, finance, business administration or management
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skill, Sharp, analytical and thorough approach to work
• Good knowledge of risk management, internal control and corporate governance
