Skill/Experience:
- University Degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years Experience in the banking in the relevant position
- Experience in working with multinational people
- Fluency in English – speech, reading and writing
- French is a plus



Sale & Marketing

Relationship Manager – Large Corporations & Institutions (1 Position)
Sale Officer – Personal Banking (1 Position)

Main Duties
 Grows customer portfolio size by prospecting new customers in accordance with BFL’s strategy
 Provides advice on potential services based on identified needs from customers
 Collaborates with Sale team, to deliver timely and effective customer solutions
 Operates within Risk & Compliance requirements

Skills/ Experience:
- Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Economics or business related subjects
- At least 3 years experience in banking/financial services industry
- Ability to work in a diverse team
- Able to listen to the customers and understand their needs Customer focused and able to convince
- Fluency in French and Lao is necessary, English is a plus Strong ability with computers is necessary
