Population Services International (PSI) Laos is seeking a talented, energetic,
trustworthy, and reliable Lao national with strong interpersonal skills to fill the
position of Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring
the sound day-to-day financial operations of PSI’s projects in Laos. The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• A proven record of establishing, operating, and monitoring strong financial
systems;
• Experience with all accounting functions, including cash management, inventory, disbursements, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll;
• Experience working with donor-funded projects;
• A proven record of ensuring adherence to finance regulations, policies, and local law;
• Experience managing financial and inventory audits;
• Management experience, including supervising staff;
• Excellent computer skills;

• Fluency or near fluency in Lao and English.
